Hello! I am a Marriage and Family therapist who is passionate about helping people improve their relationships and their mental health. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy to folks who are looking for immediate symptom relief and sustainable growth. I work with people who are six and older to find happier, healthier ways of living.
I use a compassionate, person-centered approach drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman, IFS, and Systems Theory, tailoring my style to match your needs. I am a coach, a curious explorer, a compassionate holder of space, and a guide. I believe in the power of play and laughter as therapeutic tools for children as well as adults. I use a systemic approach, looking at all the different dimensions of a client's life—social, relational, psychological, and biological. I am committed to being a lifelong learner; as new theories, research, and methods emerge, I stay current with the field so that I can provide you with the best care possible. With a stance of cultural humility and curiosity, I know that every person has a different experience and story. I am here to work with you collaboratively to get unstuck; together we can chart a course towards hope and change.

My Approach
I studied International Development at Cornell College and graduated in 2015. I spent a semester studying in Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh India during college and taught middle school in New Delhi India for a year. Working in non-profits and the out-of-school time field in Madison for six years with kids and families from marginalized populations and neighborhoods, I developed a passion for social justice and a deeper understanding of intersectionality and cultural humility. I earned my Masters Degree from Edgewood College in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024.
