Welcome!
I am a marriage and family therapist who earned my degree from Edgewood College. I focus on building authentic and collaborative relationships with my clients. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for growth and change. I use an eclectic approach that is grounded in systems therapy, aiming to help you better understand your relationship with yourself, with the people in your life, and the places that you come from.
I combine body-centered and experiential approaches such as Polyvagal Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Practices. I strive to create a warm environment where you can align your mind, body, and spirit. I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive therapy.
My inclusive practice welcomes and honors diverse backgrounds and experiences. I see adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.
My Approach
Couples and Sexual Health: I use Gottman Method Therapy to help couples improve their communication and intimacy. I work with all relationship styles, including kink, queer, and non-monogamous relationships. I offer a non-judgmental space to help couples improve their connection and sexual well-being.
LGBTQIA2S+ Clients: As a queer-identifying clinician, I am dedicated to providing an affirming environment. I have attended trainings in gender-affirming care and have led support groups for diverse gender and sexuality expressions.
