Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence based therapy approach designed to help individuals process distressing memories, trauma, anxiety, grief, phobias, and other emotional struggles in a rapid and effective way. ART uses guided eye movements (bilateral stimulation) and visualization techniques to help the brain reprocess difficult experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. You don’t lose the memory of the experience, just the distressing images, sensations, and emotions. Unlike traditional talk therapy, clients do not need to share every detail of painful experiences for the therapy to be effective. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and focused on helping clients experience relief while feeling supported and in control throughout the process. Many people report noticing positive shifts within 1-5 sessions. ART may be helpful for individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, or difficult life experiences.
