Hello! Seeking therapy is a familiar process for some and for others it can be daunting. I’m here to provide a space in which you can explore what is hard to talk about or even think about and to support you in figuring out what would help your life or relationships suit you better.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and challenges around identity and sexuality.
I'm proud to offer an affirming space for people of all sexualities, gender identities, and relationship structures.

Training & Experience:
I received a Bachelor’s in Gender/Sexuality Studies from Grinnell College and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
I’ve held a few different roles in the field of mental health and have been a therapist since 2020.
My approach is very individualized and draws from a wide range of methods. My practice is relational, psychodynamic, and person centered. I use a blend of cognitive, interpersonal and somatic techniques.
What matters most to me is that therapy feels like a genuine relationship — one where you feel seen, met with curiosity rather than judgment, and supported in becoming more fully yourself.
