I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel deeply understood. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully themselves—without fear of judgment or shame.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University in 2007. Over the past two decades, I have specialized in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships, intimacy, sexuality, trauma, and personal growth. My work is grounded in systems therapy, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment, while recognizing that every person's story is unique.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients understand the patterns that developed over a lifetime—their relationships, family systems, nervous system responses, beliefs, and experiences that continue to influence them today. Together, we work toward creating lasting change that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with your values.

I don't believe therapy is about becoming someone else. I believe it's about understanding yourself well enough to become more fully who you've always been.

Each of us carries threads that have been woven throughout our lives—our relationships,
experiences, strengths, wounds, values, and ways of surviving. Sometimes those threads become tangled, and it can be difficult to see the whole picture or imagine a different path forward. Therapy offers the opportunity to slow down, make sense of those patterns with
compassion, and gently begin weaving them into something new.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, sexual concerns, betrayal, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a calm, collaborative space where healing can occur and where you can begin building the life and relationships you truly want.

I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct, balancing empathy with thoughtful challenges that encourage growth. I value helping clients understand not only what they are experiencing, but why it makes sense given their history, relationships, and nervous system.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, communication, desire discrepancies, low libido, sexual pain, erectile dysfunction, orgasm concerns, body image, and relationship satisfaction. I also specialize in helping couples recover from infidelity and betrayal trauma while rebuilding trust, emotional safety, and connection.

In addition to relationship and sexual health, I have extensive experience and training in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, boundaries, life transitions, and women's mental health. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and enjoy helping clients better understand how their brains, bodies, and relationships interact.

I proudly provide LGBTQIA2S+ affirming therapy and welcome individuals, couples, and
relationships of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, including
consensual non-monogamy and kink communities.

My greatest hope is that the people I work with leave therapy feeling more deeply known—not
only by me, but by themselves. Lasting change begins when we truly understand who we are,
where we've been, and who we're becoming. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as
they move beyond surviving and begin creating lives that are deeply aligned with their
values—lives that feel authentic, connected, meaningful, and fully lived.
