Hi, I’m Tarah, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe that taking the first step toward healing is an act of courage. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment free space where you feel safe to be yourself, explore your experiences, and move toward the life you want to live.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been providing mental health therapy since 2011 and have had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, parenting, and life’s many transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), while recognizing that no two people heal in exactly the same way.

I believe that healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning practical tools that create lasting change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, deepen your relationships, and build a life that feels more peaceful, meaningful, and authentic.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps children, adolescents, and their families heal from the effects of trauma by developing healthy coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and reducing trauma related symptoms.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a gentle, evidence-based therapy that uses guided eye movements to help the brain process distressing memories. Many clients experience significant relief from trauma, anxiety, grief, and other emotional challenges without having to describe every detail of their experiences.
